With over 13 years of experience in the development sector, Talal has collaborated closely with stakeholders from governmental bodies, international entities, and local civil society as well as non-governmental organizations. Holding a bachelor’s degree in law and possessing a license from the Jordanian BAR Association, Talal has actively engaged in a variety of capacities. These include facilitating multiple training workshops on countering and preventing violent extremism, fostering social cohesion, managing and resolving conflicts, enhancing community resilience, combating hate speech, promoting social responsibility, and encouraging community participation, particularly among youth, activists, imams, waedats, and community-based organizations.
