Frances Bulathsinghala
Frances holds a Second Upper BA and has completed MA coursework in Development Sociology. She has received global scholarships for peace programs, including from the Peace and Development Institute of the American University in Washington, and has traveled widely on projects internationally across South Asia, Europe, and Africa. In 2003 she was selected as an international women leader working with media for peacebuilding by the Wilson Centre in the United States for a special gathering of world women leaders facilitated by the Bryn Mawr College in Philadelphia, United States, in 2013. She has been a European Union media fellow in 2003 based in Paris, France, in 2002-2003. She has worked widely within South Asia connected to the field of peacebuilding.
